After successful order confirmation, estimated delivery times are:

• Inside Dhaka City: 2–4 business days
• Outside Dhaka City: 3–7 business days

Delivery times may vary during public holidays, special campaigns, natural disasters, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges may vary depending on:

• Product weight and quantity
• Courier service availability

Applicable delivery fees will be displayed during checkout.

4. Order Processing

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery (COD) service may be available in selected locations across Bangladesh.
